Katsaros Winery- Valos Xinomavro 2013- 1st official presentation/ Dj Miss Catalina On Thursday, November 26, 2015 at 20:00, the first official presentation of the Valos-Xinomavro 2013 by Katsaros Winery will take place at Klimax.
After the successful course and recognition of the French varieties (Chardonnay- Cabernet S. and Merlot), Euripides Katsaros made the decision to grow indigenous varieties with a future.
Thus in 2008 on the slopes of Krania in Olympus Mountain, the first strands of xinomavro were planted at an altitude of 700m from the sea, facing east and on steep slopes. Four years later an excellent wine with an intense bouquet of red fruit, with herbal hints and vegetativeness was bottled. With high acidity and not being dry, despite the young age of the vineyard, the wine shows its complexity and its hopeful evolution through time.
Some of the 5,500 bottles that traveled to foreign markets will come to Klimax exclusively and will be officially presented to friends and guests, accompanied by rare cheese and fine meat.
 The evening will be musically supported by the acclaimed music traveler / sound selector dj Miss Catalina. When the colors become melodies and the melodies set the rhythm, then a trip between the Arctic and Tropical begins. The seasons are mixed together and surprise becomes excitement drifting you into the magical world of Miss Catalina.
